Yakubshvili Joins Almeria on Loan from Barcelona

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has announced that goalkeeper Aron Jakubowski has officially signed his contract with Almeria, becoming a player for the Spanish team after joining from Barcelona during the current transfer window.

According to Romano, the 19-year-old goalkeeper's move to Almería is on loan, allowing him the opportunity to gain playing time and experience away from the Catalan club next season.

The agreement includes a clause that allows Almeria to buy 50% of the player's rights starting in 2027, giving the Spanish club the option to retain part of Yakubshvili's rights in the future according to the terms of the deal.

Yakubshvili progressed through the youth ranks at Barcelona, catching attention with his performances for the club's teams, before deciding to embark on a new experience with Almeria, as he awaits the outcome of his future after the loan period.
