Norwegian striker Erling Haaland of Manchester City has entered Bayern Munich's considerations for taking over the team's attack in the future, as the search for a successor to Englishman Harry Kane intensifies.

According to German newspaper "Bild," Bayern Munich is considering a move for Erling Haaland in two or three years, when the club will need a replacement for Harry Kane, who has just turned 33.

This comes alongside the improved financial situation of Bayern Munich, following businessman Max Viessmann and his group "Viessmann Generations Group" completing the purchase of the last 5% available of the club's shares for €250 million.

The newspaper reports that the deal has raised Bayern Munich's total value to around €5 billion, giving the club greater financial strength to address its future needs, including the possibility of signing a player of Erling Haaland's caliber.

Erling Haaland visited Munich in March 2022 and met with Bayern Munich's former sporting director Hasan Salihamidžić at his home, before choosing to move to Manchester City and work with coach Pep Guardiola.

Since his transfer to Manchester City, Haaland has become a global star, with his value rising to around €220 million. However, the newspaper "Bild" suggests that Guardiola's departure could lead him to consider a new challenge in the future, potentially opening the door for Bayern Munich to make a move for him.
