David Odugo Leaves Milan to Join Toulouse on Loan
Fabrizio Romano has announced the departure of German defender David Odugo from AC Milan, as he joins French side Toulouse on loan for the current season.
An agreement has been reached between the two clubs regarding the transfer, with the loan period extending until June. AC Milan will cover the player's salary for the entire duration of his stay with the French club.
Odougo's transfer comes as he seeks a greater chance for participation and development, having struggled with limited playing minutes during his first season with Milan after joining the team from Wolfsburg in the summer of 2025.
Oduogo, at just 20 years old, is considered one of the promising defenders in German football. He has previously won the European Championship and the World Cup with his country's U17 team in 2023, and he is now set to embark on a new challenge in the French league with Toulouse.
