Official: Juventus Signs John Lucumi

Italian club Juventus announced on Monday that they have officially signed Colombian defender John Lucumi from Bologna, with a contract running until June 30, 2030.

Lokumi, 28 years old, began his career at the Deportivo Cali academy in Colombia before moving to KRC Genk in 2018, where he became a regular starter and emerged as one of the standout defenders in the Belgian league.

The Colombian defender joined Bologna in 2022, playing 152 matches over four seasons with the team. He also participated in the Champions League and scored a goal during his time with the Italian club.

Locatelli's transfer to Juventus enhances the team's defensive line, as he will be under the guidance of coach Luciano Spalletti, preparing for the start of the new season.

Juventus has confirmed that the deal with Bologna has been finalized, although the club did not disclose the transfer fee in the official announcement.
