Al Ahly Resumes Training in Spain Ahead of New Season
Al Ahly's first football team resumed collective training this morning, Sunday, during the current preparation camp in Spain, in preparation for the start of the new season, following the 24-hour rest granted by head coach Hussein Ammouta to the players yesterday.
Al Ahly's training began with a quick session held by Hussein Amouta with the players, during which he emphasized several technical and tactical points, and stressed the importance of focus in the upcoming phase.
The training began with various physical exercises led by the fitness coach, followed by a segment dedicated to ball drills. Meanwhile, goalkeepers Mohamed El Shenawy, Mostafa Shobeir, and Hamza Alaa participated in intense training under the guidance of the goalkeeping coach.
Al Ahly's training camp in Spain will continue until August 20. The Red Devils will meet their counterparts Barcelona next Wednesday, August 19, in the Joan Gamper Trophy friendly.
