Manchester United Continues Interest in Bayern Munich Defender

Manchester United is still keen on securing the services of South Korean defender Kim Min-jae from Bayern Munich during the current transfer window.

German journalist Christian Falk has confirmed that Manchester United is keeping an eye on the situation of the 29-year-old defender, as the South Korean has not secured a permanent starting position in Bayern Munich's lineup.

Falk explained that Kim Min-jae is keen to remain with Bayern Munich and wants to compete for his spot in the team, despite a decline in his starting appearances recently.

The Korean defender is contracted to Bayern Munich until the summer of 2028, having joined the Bavarian team in the summer of 2023 from Napoli for a fee of €50 million.

Kim Min-jae participated in 37 matches with Bayern Munich across all competitions last season, managing to score one goal and provide another assist.
