Juventus and Napoli Consider Signing Juan Musso After Departure Offer from Atletico
Juan Musso's future with Atlético Madrid is in doubt, as the goalkeeper has been offered to several Italian clubs, including Juventus and Napoli, who are considering a move for him during the current transfer window. Reports indicate that Napoli has already begun assessing the player's situation.
Moussa is tied to a contract with Atletico Madrid until June 2028, having permanently transferred to the Spanish club from Atalanta in the summer of 2025, following a season on loan with the Rojiblancos.
The Argentinian goalkeeper has extensive experience in Serie A, having previously defended the colors of Udinese and Atalanta, making him an appealing choice for Italian clubs, especially since he won't need a long adjustment period to adapt to the league's atmosphere.
According to circulating reports, Napoli is exploring the possibility of moving for Musso, with the deal also tied to the future of the team's goalkeeper Alex Meret and the scenarios surrounding the goalkeeping situation within the club.
On the other hand, there have been no advanced official negotiations with Juventus so far, but Musso's name has come up at the club, opening the door for Italian competition for the services of the 32-year-old goalkeeper.
