Paredes Rejects Milan's Offer, Stays with Boca Juniors
Argentine midfielder Leandro Paredes, currently with Boca Juniors, has attracted interest from AC Milan, who attempted to bring him back to Serie A. However, the player is determined to continue with his current club.
Argentinian network "TyC Sports" reported that AC Milan officials have contacted Leandro Paredes in recent days to inquire about the possibility of signing him, discussing the idea of his return to Italian football.
The network reported that Paredes thanked AC Milan officials for their interest, but he confirmed his happiness at Boca Juniors and his intention not to leave the club.
Paredes is 32 years old and has a lengthy career in the Italian league, having arrived in Europe through Chievo in 2014, before playing for Empoli and Roma.
After moving to Zenit Saint Petersburg in 2017 and experiencing a spell with Paris Saint-Germain, Paredes returned to Italy through Juventus in 2022, before transferring to Roma in 2023.
The Argentine midfielder has returned to Boca Juniors, his first club, in the summer of 2025, and he seems determined to stay with the team despite AC Milan's interest in securing his services.
