RB Leipzig Agrees on Replacement for Diomande

RB Leipzig has reached a verbal agreement with Belgian Diego Moreira regarding his immediate transfer to the club, with a contract extending until 2031.

Morira, 22 years old, is the primary target for RB Leipzig to replace the departed Ivorian Yan Diomande, as the left winger has caught the attention of the German club's management.

RB Leipzig is currently in talks with French club Strasbourg regarding a potential transfer. However, formal negotiations between the two clubs have not started yet.

Strasbourg is requesting a fee between €60 and €70 million for the departure of Moreira, while Leipzig is reluctant to pay this amount. The financial valuation remains the main obstacle to completing the deal, despite a verbal agreement with the player.
