Atalanta Moves to Sign Noah Lang, Napoli Rejects Loan

Atalanta has entered the race to sign Dutch winger Noa Lang from Napoli during the current summer transfer window, as the club has shown a clear desire to secure the player's services to bolster its attacking options.

According to Italian reports, Atalanta has requested to acquire Lang on loan, but Napoli has clearly rejected this arrangement. The club is insisting that the player can only leave through a permanent transfer.

Lang is contracted with Napoli until June 2030, having joined the Italian club from PSV Eindhoven. Therefore, the club is seeking to recover a significant portion of the investment it made to secure his services.

Atalanta's interest comes at a time when Napoli is evaluating other offers for the player, with Ajax also showing interest. Meanwhile, the southern club's stance appears clear: they are not looking to enter into another loan deal.
