Ahmed Abdelkader Leaves Al-Karma for Pyramids Move

Ahmed Abdelkader, the former Al Ahly player, has officially announced his departure from Al-Karma in Iraq. This move comes as he prepares for a return to the Egyptian league through Pyramids during the current summer transfer window.

Abdelkader posted a picture in Al-Karmah's jersey on his Instagram account, and took the opportunity to send an emotional farewell message to his teammates, the coaching and administrative staff, and the club's fans, following a short period spent with the Iraqi team.

The Egyptian winger stated: "It is never easy to say goodbye to a place that has become like a home to you.. to my teammates, the coaches, the administrative staff, and everyone at Al-Karma."

The player stated: "Thank you for your trust in me and your continuous support in helping me grow both as a player and as a person. We have lived unforgettable moments together, and we fought for this badge."

Abdelkader dedicated a message of appreciation to Al-Karma fans, saying: "Thank you for your wonderful support and passion, and your love from my first day to the last... It has been a great honor for me to play in front of you and to represent this great club."

He continued: "I leave feeling proud and grateful, carrying with me memories that will stay with me forever. I wish Karma all the success and good fortune in the future. Thank you for everything."

The former Al Ahly player made sure to extend special thanks to Muthana Al-Halbousi, the president of Al-Karma, praising the support he received since joining the team.

Abdul Qadir stated: "Thank you to my father and spiritual father, whom I have often spoken about. Words are not enough to describe him, President Al-Halbousi, who treated me like a son, not just a player, from day one until the very last day."

He stated: "I will always consider Muthana Al-Halbousi as a father who provided me with all the comfort and appreciation possible to focus and give my all to this club. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, wishing him success and good fortune, and I will always remain in continuous contact and support for this great club."

Ahmed Abdelkader joined Al-Kahraba in Iraq during the last winter transfer window from Al Ahly, before sources indicated that his transfer to Pyramids has been finalized during the current summer transfer window.
