Juventus and AC Milan have entered the race to sign Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes, the captain of Manchester United, amidst the uncertainty surrounding his future, despite his desire to remain with the English club.

According to the British network "BBC", Juventus and Milan, along with Turkish side Galatasaray, have shown interest in signing Fernandez, taking advantage of his contractual situation, with a potential release clause allowing clubs outside England to secure his services for £57 million.

This clause represents an important factor in the future of Manchester United's captain, as it may make Fernandes available to several major European clubs, given his level and vast experience in European competitions.

Bruno Fernandes enters the final year of his contract, with Manchester United having the option to extend it for another season. However, the two parties have yet to reach an agreement on a new long-term deal. Despite this, the player's priority remains to continue with Manchester United, as he has repeatedly expressed his desire to compete for major trophies in the club's colors.

Fernandes had turned down a lucrative offer from Al Hilal during the summer of 2025, renewing his contract with Manchester United in August 2024, which keeps him tied to the club until June 2027, with an option for an additional year. Under the contract, he will earn a salary that places him among the highest-paid players in the team.
