Official: Manchester City Extends Doku's Contract

Manchester City has officially announced the renewal of Belgian winger Jeremy Doku's contract for five years, keeping him with the team until the summer of 2031.

Doku joined Manchester City from French club Rennes in the summer of 2023, and since then, he has proven himself to be one of the standout wingers in the Premier League, thanks to his speed, dribbling skills, and ball control.

The 24-year-old player has played 131 matches for Manchester City so far, scoring 22 goals, and has helped the team secure five major titles, including the Premier League, FA Cup, EFL Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, and the Community Shield.

Jérémy Doku, after signing his new contract, expressed his happiness to continue his journey with Manchester City, emphasizing his enthusiasm to work under coach Enzo Maresca, and praising the support of the club's fans, which was one of the reasons for his decision to stay.

Doku delivered an impressive season with Manchester City in 2025/2026, participating in 47 matches, scoring 8 goals and providing 14 assists. He also played a key role in the team's triumph in the EFL Cup and the FA Cup.
