Abdallah El-Said Contemplates Retirement from Football
The crisis between Abdullah Al-Saeed and Zamalek has escalated, following the announcement by his agent, Abdelhadi Mohamed, that the player has submitted an official request to terminate his contract with the club. This decision comes in light of what the player describes as mistreatment and a lack of appreciation in recent times.
The player's agent revealed on his Facebook account that the player has taken this step due to what he perceives as mistreatment from the Zamalek board, both morally and in the media.
Abd Al-Hadi Mohamed stated: "Abdullah Al-Saeed has officially requested to terminate his contract with Zamalek due to what he perceives as mistreatment from the club's board, both morally and in the media."
The player feels there is a lack of appreciation for what he has contributed to the team, alongside public opinion being directed in a way that does not reflect the reality of the situation. This has led him to seriously consider ending his career with Zamalek.
Abdullah El-Said's agent also responded to reports linking the player with a move to another club, confirming that there are no negotiations with clubs inside or outside Egypt.
He stated: "These rumors, like others aimed at tarnishing my image in front of the fans, are baseless, and there has been no meeting or negotiation with any club inside or outside Egypt."
The player's agent has revealed that El-Said is currently contemplating a more decisive decision, which involves ending his football career definitively with Zamalek.
