Barcelona Officially Adds Lewandowski to Club Legends List

Robert Lewandowski is now officially among the legends of FC Barcelona, as the Catalan club has added the Polish striker's name to its list of historical players on its official website, following his departure to Chicago Fire.

With this, Lewandowski joins a list of some of the most prominent players to have worn the Barcelona shirt throughout the club's history, such as Johan Cruyff, Johan Neeskens, Xavi Hernandez, and Andres Iniesta, alongside Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi.

Barcelona has honored the Polish striker after four seasons spent with the team, during which he delivered performances that placed him among the most notable names to have worn the Catalan club's jersey.

During his time at Barcelona, Lewandowski played 193 official matches, scoring 119 goals and providing 21 assists.

With his addition to the list of historical players, Robert Lewandowski's name is now present alongside a group of Barcelona's most prominent stars throughout the ages.

This honor comes after the Polish forward's departure from the club, officially making him one of the names included in Barcelona's legends list.
