John Edward's Role in Juan Bezerra's Zamalek Crisis Revealed
Ahmed Shobair has revealed the truth about John Edward, the former sporting director of Zamalek, intervening in the crisis involving Juan Bezerra, the club's player, with the club's management.
Shobeir stated in a radio interview: "Zamalek has settled all overdue payments for Juan Bezzera and paid the agent and the player's lawyer, but there is a sense of concern and fear regarding the delay in receiving his financial dues."
He continued: "Al Ahli Dubai has signed a player in the same position as Juan Bezerra, and I don't know if the matter is closed or if the Emirati club will return to negotiate with Zamalek. I can't believe John Edward's provocation of the player."
He continued: "Attempting to blame the crisis on John Edward is bizarre because a month ago there were praises for his experience and his winning the league title last season."
Shobir concluded his statements by saying: "If the player receives his financial dues regularly and without crises, there will be no conflict with the administration, and this applies to all players."
