Bayer Leverkusen has reached an agreement with Olympique Marseille to sign Argentine defender Facundo Medina, according to French newspaper 'L'Équipe.'

According to the report, the value of the deal is €23 million, along with €2 million in incentives and bonuses, bringing the total value of the operation to €25 million.

Medina, 27, is set to sign a five-season contract with Bayer Leverkusen, extending until 2031, after the German club became his preferred destination during recent negotiations.
