Al Ahly's official account on Facebook posted an exciting announcement declaring the team's readiness for the Egyptian Premier League for the 2026-2027 season. This comes alongside the official unveiling of the new season's fixtures by the Egyptian Professional Clubs Association.

Al Ahly wrote: "The historic champion begins their league journey for the 2026-2027 season with a match against Eastern Enppi at Cairo Stadium."

The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association has announced the fixtures for the first round of the league, with Al Ahly kicking off their campaign against Eastern Company. They will then face ZED in the second round, followed by a match against Smouha in the third round.

The top match between Al Ahly and Zamalek will take place in the sixth round and is set to be played on October 11.
