This move by Al Ahly's football management aims to secure the stability of the team's core players ahead of the new season's competitions.

The Red Devils' delegation, led by board member Tarek Kandil, is set to depart next Thursday for Spain, where the training camp will take place from August 6 to 20. The team's preparatory program includes intensive training sessions and a series of progressively challenging friendly matches to enhance the players' technical and physical capabilities.

The external camp concludes with a historic encounter between Al Ahly and Spanish club Barcelona on Wednesday, August 19, at Spotify Camp Nou, as part of the 61st edition of the Joan Gamper Trophy. This participation is a remarkable event as the African champions become the first Egyptian and Arab club to receive an invitation to this prestigious celebratory match.
