Borussia Dortmund Agrees to Loan Yan Koto to Como
Bild has revealed that Borussia Dortmund and Italian club Como have reached an agreement regarding the loan transfer of Spanish full-back Yan Kuto.
According to the report, the deal includes a purchase option worth €20 million, allowing Como the opportunity to sign the player permanently after the loan period ends.
Borussia Dortmund has been searching for a possible replacement for Koto, and has set its sights on Elias Baum, a player from Eintracht Frankfurt. However, finalizing the deal appears to be quite complicated.
Bild reports that Eintracht Frankfurt's coach, Adi Hütter, is firmly committed to keeping Baum and does not want to allow his departure under any circumstances. The coach reiterated this in recent statements, emphasizing that the club will retain the player.
Thus, it seems that Dortmund is close to sending Koto to Como, while the club is facing difficulties in finding the desired replacement for the full-back position, with Frankfurt holding firm on Elias Baum's services.
