Juventus Officially Signs Karim Alajbegovic

Italian club Juventus announced today, Sunday, the completion of their deal for young Bosnian winger Karim Alajbegovic, arriving from Bayer Leverkusen in a permanent transfer, making him the latest addition to the squad in preparation for the new season.

The player, born in 2007, has signed a contract with Juventus that runs until June 30, 2031.

Alaigbovic, born in Cologne, Germany, and holding Bosnian nationality, excels as an attacking winger on both sides, after delivering an impressive season with RB Salzburg. He participated in 44 matches across all competitions, scoring 13 goals and providing 4 assists.

The player is characterized by flexibility, speed, and the ability to handle the ball in tight spaces. His proficiency in using both his right and left feet allows him to play on the wings, take on defenders, and create numerical superiority.

Aljbgovic began his career at the Köln academy before moving to Bayer Leverkusen's academy, where he continued his development until reaching the first team, participating in the Bundesliga and the Champions League.

On the international stage, the player has progressed through various age categories of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national teams, before quickly proving himself with the senior team, for which he has played 11 matches so far, scoring two goals, including one during the recent World Cup.

Juventus is relying on the talent of Alabghovitch and his ability to play in multiple attacking positions, as he is one of the young players with significant room for development in the coming years.
