Vozinha Delays Move to Colo-Colo Due to RS Berkane
The future of international goalkeeper Fawzinia from Cape Verde is now open to all possibilities after he postponed his transfer to Chilean club Colo-Colo, despite having reached a previous agreement between the two parties, amid increasing interest from Moroccan club RS Berkane in securing his services.
According to Spanish reports, Vozinha, who shone brightly during the 2026 World Cup, remains a free agent and has the freedom to choose his next destination, after his market value significantly increased following his outstanding performances in the tournament.
The 39-year-old goalkeeper has been turning heads since his first match against the Spanish national team, continuing to deliver strong performances throughout the World Cup. This has resulted in a surge in popularity and heightened interest from several clubs looking to secure his signature.
Despite Kolo Kolo announcing his signing a week ago, Fowzinia has delayed his travel to Chile three times, causing concern within the club. Reports suggest he is in negotiations with RS Berkane.
Reports have emerged that Bobbysta, the former head coach of the Cape Verde national team during the World Cup, is also a candidate to take over at RS Berkane, which could enhance the chances of Wozinia joining the Moroccan club. However, the goalkeeper has not yet made his final decision.
