Marseille and Napoli Compete for Todibo

It seems that French defender Jean-Clair Todibo is preparing for a new experience in his career, as he has caught the attention of both Marseille and Napoli during the summer transfer window, following his club West Ham United's relegation to the EFL Championship.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Marseille has already begun negotiations with West Ham to sign Todibo, while Napoli continues to monitor the player's situation in preparation for making an offer in the coming days.

Todibo is considered one of the most lucrative transfers for Barcelona, despite having played only five matches for the first team. He joined the Catalan club for €1 million, before moving between Schalke, Benfica, and Nice. In the summer of 2025, Nice sold him to West Ham for €40 million, from which Barcelona received €8 million due to a clause granting them 20% of the profits from any future sale.

At 26 years old, Todibo has represented seven different clubs and has experienced leagues in France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, and England, while Barcelona no longer holds any rights or financial ties regarding his future.
