Fenerbahce has made its first official offer to sign Portuguese forward Rafael Leão, while AC Milan is holding out for €50 million to agree to the sale of the player, according to "Football Italia."

The report indicated that Fenerbahce officials have arrived in Italy to commence negotiations, a move that underscores the Turkish club's seriousness in signing Leão during the summer transfer window.

The source added that the offer is valued at around €40 million, while "Sport Mediaset" clarified that it includes €5 million for the loan, €35 million as an obligation to buy, plus €2 million in incentives.

The report indicates that Leao is prepared to sign a contract with an annual salary of €12 million, which is almost double his current wage at Milan.

Meanwhile, Milan rejects any form of a loan with an obligation to buy, preferring to finalize the deal through a permanent sale to secure the necessary funds to support their summer signings.

The report confirmed that negotiations between the parties are ongoing, with AC Milan insisting on receiving €50 million to complete the sale of Rafael Leão.
