Al Quwa Al Jawiya Close Door on Ayman, Baish, and Ali Jassim Returns
Alaa Al-Araji, a member of the Air Force Club management, confirmed the difficulties in re-signing former stars Ayman Hussein, Ali Jassim, and Ibrahim Bayesh during the current transfer window due to the financial crisis the club is facing.
Al-Araji stated in exclusive remarks: "After the end of the World Cup and before the tournament, we completed the basic needs that the team requires in terms of professional players."
A club official stated: "The club is unable to pay the amounts requested by the players, and most of the funds have gone to the professionals, so it is impossible to sign them."
This statement effectively closes the file on the return of the trio, who are among the most prominent names to have represented Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya in recent seasons and have achieved significant local and continental successes.
Ayham Hussein is the all-time top scorer for the team and a regular presence with the national team. Ali Jassim is one of the young talents who has caught the eye, while Ibrahim Bayesh is considered one of the standout playmakers.
The club's management has opted to direct the available budget towards strengthening the team with foreign professional players to meet the coach's tactical needs, which has consumed the majority of the available funds.
It has become difficult to meet the large financial demands set by the trio for their return to Baghdad, especially given the offers they have both locally and abroad.
