Liverpool in Talks to Sign Barcola
Liverpool has begun serious steps to secure the signing of French winger Bradley Barcola, having already opened channels of communication with the player's camp and Paris Saint-Germain, according to Sky Germany.
According to the report, Parkoula has become the primary target for Liverpool's management during the current transfer window, as the English club aims to finalize the deal before the transfer deadline, with a strong insistence from the Reds to sign the player.
The report indicated that negotiations will not be easy, as they heavily depend on reaching an agreement regarding the financial package, especially since Paris Saint-Germain is not willing to part with one of its standout talents unless a suitable offer is made.
Meanwhile, reports have emerged that Parkour is currently refusing to renew his contract with Paris Saint-Germain, despite it running until the summer of 2028. He seeks a new experience that offers him a larger role within the team, along with a leadership position that he feels he won't attain at the Parisian club.
According to reports, Liverpool will demand a hefty sum to part with their French star, with the deal potentially reaching €150 million.
