Chicharito Embarks on New Adventure in Football

Veteran Mexican striker Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez has become the first player in the history of FC Dallas, after reaching an agreement to join the new American club that will compete in the second division starting from the 2027 season.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, 38-year-old Chicharito will not start playing official matches until the 2027 season, but he will contribute to the club's project from now on by participating in building the sporting identity and promoting the new initiative.

The all-time top scorer for the Mexican national team is making his move after concluding his journey with Guadalajara, starting a new chapter in his football career in the United States, where he previously played for LA Galaxy from 2020 to 2023.
