Omar Gaber Reacts to Zamalek Winning Best Club Award

Omar Gaber, captain of the first team of Zamalek, expressed his happiness at the club winning the Best Club award during the 'Dare Jist 2026' ceremony, confirming that this achievement came after an exceptional season in which the team faced many challenges.

Omar Gaber said in his speech during the ceremony: "First of all, I am very happy to be among the stars and legends of Egyptian football, and I thank those responsible for the event and the organization."

Zamalek's captain confirmed that the award holds great value given the circumstances the club faced during last season, adding: "Of course, this award is very important, and everyone knows the conditions Zamalek was going through last season."

Omar Gaber praised the significant role that Zamalek fans played in supporting the team, saying: "The fans created a legend, just as Captain Abdel Halim Ali said, and Captain Moataz confirmed this."

He also praised his fellow players, confirming that they took responsibility until the end, saying: "The players were real men, and we were up to the task, knowing that we are playing for a big club like Zamalek."
