Mohamed El-Dawawy 'Cristo' Set to Leave Al Ahly

Tunisian Mohamed El-Daou "Cristo", a player for Al Ahly, is nearing a departure from the team during the ongoing summer transfer window, following the end of his loan period last season at Tunisian club Étoile du Sahel.

According to Tunisian site "Nessma Sport", advanced negotiations are currently underway between Al Ahly's management and Mohamed El-Daouy "Kresto" to end their association.

Cristo will miss the pre-season preparations for the new season with Al Ahly, as his name has been included in the list of departures. The Red Club aims to offload the player to sign a new foreign player during the summer transfer window.

Cristo joined Al Ahly at the beginning of the 2023 season, arriving from Tunisian side Étoile du Sahel. He has played 15 matches with Al Ahly but has neither scored nor assisted.
