Real Madrid Sets Price for Vinicius

Real Madrid has set a price of no less than €160 million for the sale of Brazilian star Vinicius Junior during the summer transfer window, amid ongoing uncertainty regarding his future with the royal club.

Reliable journalist David Ornstein previously revealed that Arsenal has begun exploring the possibility of signing Vinicius, but communications are still in the initial stages, with no official negotiations between the clubs as of yet.

Vinicius's contract with Real Madrid runs until the summer of 2027, and the two parties have yet to reach a final agreement on an extension, although the club's management considers renewing the player's contract a top priority at this time.

Real Madrid understands that the current situation without a renewal could put them at risk of losing the player for free at the end of his contract. Therefore, the club will be open to considering suitable offers should renewal negotiations falter, in order to avoid losing him without compensation in the future.

Vinicius Junior is demanding an annual salary of around €30 million to agree to extend his contract with Real Madrid. However, the club's management has not yet agreed to this request, setting a ceiling of €20 million per year as the maximum for the renewal process.
