Real Madrid Reaches Agreement with Diomande

Real Madrid is close to finalizing one of the standout transfers of the summer transfer window, having reached a verbal agreement with young Ivorian winger Yan Diomande regarding the personal terms of the contract, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Romano clarified that Real Madrid has obtained the player's approval on the contract terms, which is the same achievement Paris Saint-Germain secured last June, igniting the battle between the two giants for the Leipzig talent.

Real Madrid is set to submit a new offer to Leipzig after the German club rejected their first bid of €90 million, plus €10 million in incentives, as they insist on a higher financial value to agree to sell the player.

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain has not given up, as they reopened communication channels with Leipzig today, hoping to turn the tide of the deal before the transfer window closes.

According to several media reports, Real Madrid is currently leading the race to sign Jan Duranandi, benefiting from the agreement reached with the player, while continuing to work towards a final deal with Leipzig in the coming days.
