Anderson: City is the King of Manchester, Can't Wait for the Derby

New Manchester City recruit, Elliot Anderson, has expressed his immense excitement for his first derby against Manchester United, stating that facing the traditional rivals is one of the matches he has been looking forward to since joining the club.

Anderson said in his first interview with the club's official website: "It's one of the biggest derby matches in the world, and since I learned about football in Manchester, Manchester City has been the king of Manchester. It will be a great match, and I can't wait to be part of it."

The English international expressed his happiness about moving to the city, confirming that he and his family are looking forward to settling there. He added: "I really look forward to life here, it's a wonderful area, and my family and I will enjoy being in this place."

Anderson also spoke about his football idol, praising Manchester City legend Kevin De Bruyne, saying: "De Bruyne is a player I have looked up to with great admiration over the past seven or eight years.
