Al Ahly Prepares for Friendly Against Al Nasr with Single Training Session

Al Ahly conducted just one training session today, Wednesday, as part of their preparations for the friendly match against Al Nasr tomorrow, Thursday, which marks the team's first friendly in their pre-season program.

Al Ahly players are undergoing intensive training twice a day (morning and evening) at the Mokhtar El-Tetch Stadium in Al-Jazeera, as part of a conditioning program set by the coaching staff to enhance their fitness levels ahead of the official competitions.

The team's program today consisted solely of a morning training session, allowing the players to rest for the remainder of the day before facing Al Nassr in a friendly match, which represents the team's first test during the preparation period for the new season.

The friendly match between Al Ahly and Al Nasr will take place tomorrow, Thursday, at 6 PM Cairo and Mecca time.
