Kylian Mbappé, the Real Madrid forward, is preparing to appear on the cover of FIFA 2027, making it the fourth time in his career that he will be the official face of the game, equaling the record held by both Lionel Messi and Ronaldinho.

According to "Mundo Deportivo," Kylian Mbappé has previously graced the covers of the 2021, 2022, and 2023 editions, celebrating his return on social media by stating: "I’m back."

This will be the first appearance of the French star on the game cover wearing a Real Madrid jersey, after his previous appearances were associated with Paris Saint-Germain, succeeding Jude Bellingham and Jamal Musiala, the stars of the last edition.

Jeff Sharma, Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at EA SPORTS FC, welcomed Mbappé's return, emphasizing that the player embodies the ambition, creativity, and global reach that the game represents at this time.

FIFA 2027 will be the thirty-second edition of the famous game, showcasing a host of football legends on its covers, including David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Erling Haaland.

With this latest appearance, Mbappé reinforces his position among the top stars in world football, having become one of the most featured players on the cover of the game throughout its history.
