FIFA Awards Huge Bonuses to Clubs After World Cup

Clubs around the world are preparing to receive financial rewards from FIFA under the Club Benefits Program, in exchange for their players' participation with their national teams in the 2026 World Cup. The program grants approximately $5,000 per day for each player participating in the tournament, along with about $2,360 for each player for every match during the qualifiers for the clubs where the player was registered.

According to estimates published by The Athletic, Manchester City leads the list of clubs with the highest expected revenues, totaling $4.4 million, followed by Barcelona at $3.89 million, and Bayern Munich at approximately $3.4 million.

At the level of Arab clubs, Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia is expected to receive around $2.3 million, while Egypt's Al Ahly will get nearly $2 million, Saudi Arabia's Al Ahli will earn $1.8 million, and Al Nassr will receive $1.7 million.

Estimates indicate that Jordan's Al-Hussein Irbid will receive around $1.2 million, the same amount expected for Italy's Juventus, making them one of the prominent Arab clubs benefiting from FIFA's compensation program following the 2026 World Cup.
