PSG Secures Lucas Digne Transfer from Aston Villa

Paris Saint-Germain has finalized the signing of French left-back Lucas Digne, having triggered the release clause in his contract with Aston Villa, which is valued at just under €10 million, according to RMC Sport.

According to the report, Digne is undergoing a medical examination in preparation for his official transfer to the European champions, before signing a contract that will last for three seasons, marking his return to the Parisian club where he previously played between 2013 and 2015.

The departure of the French player will grant Aston Villa a sum of just under €10 million, in a deal that enhances coach Luis Enrique's options at left-back, where Digne is expected to be both a competitor and support for Portuguese Nuno Mendes during the new season.

It is worth noting that Dini has also played for Everton, AS Roma, and FC Barcelona.
