Al Ahly Cancels Friendlies Against Espanyol and Girona in Spain Camp

According to "Youm7" newspaper, Moroccan coach Hussein Amouta of Al Ahly has decided to modify the program for the team's upcoming training camp in Spain next month. The adjustment includes the cancellation of friendly matches against Girona and Espanyol, which were part of the preparations for the new season.

Al Ahly will play two friendly matches against teams from Spain's second division, instead of facing Espanyol and Girona. The club will conclude their training camp with a major friendly match against Barcelona on August 19 at Camp Nou.

The newspaper reported that Al Ahly will conduct their external training camp in Spain from August 6 to 20, where they will play two friendly matches against teams from the Spanish second division. The camp will conclude with a strong friendly match against Barcelona, before returning to Cairo to start the new season.
