Hossam El Shahat, the star of Al Ahly, expressed his great happiness at continuing with the Red Club after renewing his contract for two additional seasons, emphasizing that his relationship with the club and its fans is greater than anything else.

Hossam El Shahat stated on Al Ahly's official website: "I never imagined I would be away from the club or the training ground, and thank God I have renewed my contract for two years. I am very happy to continue with the club, the fans, and the players."

He added: "In the past period, there has been a lot of talk about the negotiations, but most of what has been said was not true."

He continued: "My relationship with Al Ahly will always be greater than anything else, and I hope to achieve all the titles and always make Al Ahly's fans happy."

The Al Ahly star continued, saying: "The next season will be extremely difficult, but we are striving with all our might to achieve all our goals and win titles."

El Shenawy expressed his happiness at wearing the captain's armband for Al Ahly, stating: "I am very happy to carry the captain's armband for the club, and the ninja will continue with Al Ahly.
