Real Madrid Continues Training for New Season
Real Madrid conducted a new training session this morning as part of their preparation program for the new season under the guidance of Portuguese coach José Mourinho, at the Real Madrid Sports City, in the absence of players who participated in the World Cup or are still engaged in international competitions.
The players started their training with a fitness program inside the gym, before moving to the pitch where several academy players joined the group training.
The session included warm-up exercises, followed by drills on possession, pressing, and ball movement, culminating in a series of small-sided games in tight spaces to elevate the players' physical and technical rhythm.
Regarding the medical situation, the trio of Eder Militao, Ferland Mendy, and Rodrygo continue their recovery programs, without fully participating in team training so far.
Mourinho is looking to gradually raise physical readiness and instill his tactical principles in the early days of the preparation period before the rest of the international players join the training camp.
