Barcelona's Top Scorers in the World Cup

Englishman Marcus Rashford leads the list of Barcelona's top goal scorers in World Cup tournaments for the 2025/2026 season, having increased his tally to four goals by scoring against Croatia in the current edition, according to "Mundo Deportivo."

The newspaper reported that Rashford scored three goals in the 2022 World Cup, with two goals against Wales and one against Iran, before adding his fourth goal in the 2026 tournament, making him the only player among Barcelona players in the 2025/2026 season to score in two different World Cup editions.

Robert Lewandowski comes in second with two goals, scored in the 2022 edition, despite Poland's absence from the 2026 World Cup. Meanwhile, Lamine Yamal opened his World Cup account with his first goal against Saudi Arabia in the group stage, during the match that ended with Spain winning 4-0.

The Spanish newspaper added that the list of Barcelona players who scored goals in the World Cup also includes Dani Olmo, Ferran Torres, Frenkie de Jong, Gavi, and Andreas Christensen, each netting one goal in the 2022 edition.

Barcelona players have scored a total of 11 goals in World Cup history during the 2025/2026 season, with the current tournament still in progress, providing some players the opportunity to increase their goal tally in the remaining matches.
