Surprising Comments from Former Zamalek Star on New Coach Situation
Mohamed Abdel Monsef, the former star and goalkeeping coach of Zamalek, spoke about the coach most likely to take over the first team at the White Castle, following the departure of former coach Moataz Gamal.
Abdel Monsef has dropped a heavy surprise, announcing that Zamalek's management is in talks with a coach from the Moroccan school, a name that is unexpected and outside the current media calculations.
Abdel Monsef stated in an interview with MBC Masr 1: "There are negotiations, but the matter is not yet public. Just like Al Ahly, I don't want to go to a distant school; I want to have a successful experience close to what is happening and successful in Morocco."
Al Ahly has recently completed the signing of Moroccan Hussein Ammouta to take over the coaching duties of the team, succeeding Youssef Torabi.
