FIFA has removed one case against Zamalek from its official list after the club successfully resolved another issue. The international football governing body announced that the number of registration ban cases against Zamalek has been reduced to 8, following the withdrawal of the case related to the Moroccan club Nahda Zemamra regarding the transfer of Salah Mosadak. The number of cases had previously decreased to 9 after resolving the issue with Tunisian player Ferjani Sassi. In recent weeks, Zamalek has successfully settled several cases ruled by FIFA, including payments to Swiss coach Christian Gross and the settlement with Charleroi regarding the transfer of Palestinian player Oday Dabbagh. Zamalek has also resolved cases involving former players Omar Farag and goalkeeper coach Yugoslav Lazic. The club is racing against time to settle its remaining financial obligations to lift the registration ban completely and secure new summer signings, as well as obtain the African license.
