Milan Eyes Ghorbi as Potential Fofana Replacement
AC Milan is exploring the possibility of signing Jean-Baptiste Ghorbi, a midfielder from Sporting Braga, during the current summer transfer window as part of the Rossoneri's efforts to strengthen their midfield ahead of the new season.
According to reports, Ghorbi is one of the options Milan is monitoring to compensate for the potential departure of Frenchman Youssef Fofana, who has become available for sale during the summer transfer market, with the Italian club ready to listen to offers for his services.
Sporting Braga has set a price of around €20 million for Ghorbi, which means negotiations will be necessary between the two clubs if Milan decides to turn its interest in the player into a formal move in the coming period.
Milan continues to assess its options in the transfer market, while Fofana's future remains uncertain, as reports indicate that the Italian club is asking for between €20 million and €25 million for his sale, with no official offers received so far.
