Pyramids FC Continues Search for New Head Coach

Media personality Gamal El-Ghandour revealed that coach Ali Maher was very close to taking over at Pyramids FC recently, as both parties agreed on the financial terms of the contract. El-Ghandour added on his program "Stadium Al-Mohar" that Maher insisted on bringing his own coaching staff, but Pyramids management refused, stating that two members of the current staff will remain with the new coach. He confirmed that Pyramids is currently negotiating with several foreign coaches and holding Zoom meetings with multiple candidates. He further noted that as of now, neither Mokwena nor any other coach has signed to take over at Pyramids, but the South African coach is the closest option should the deal with Ali Maher fail. He concluded by stating, "There have been negotiations with the South African coach in recent days, but he has not yet signed a contract to coach the team; however, there is an agreement on personal terms, and the coach is open to managing the Sky Blues."
