Dortmund Delays Move for Sancho

German newspaper Sport Bild has revealed that Borussia Dortmund has not held any talks with their former winger Jadon Sancho or his representatives, despite ongoing speculation about the player's possible return to the club during the summer transfer window.

According to the report, Dortmund's management prefers to wait for developments in the transfer market, especially if the 26-year-old Englishman remains available as the transfer deadline approaches, while he seeks a lucrative financial offer.

The newspaper added that the German club may make an offer to sign Sancho in the final weeks of the transfer window, but plans to present a contract with a fixed salary of less than €5 million per year.

It was noted that the potential offer would include significant performance-related bonuses, which could make Sancho one of the highest earners at Dortmund, but contingent on meeting agreed sporting objectives.
