Dortmund Moves to Sign Adeyemi Replacement

Borussia Dortmund has begun efforts to secure a potential replacement for Karim Adeyemi, as negotiations with Barcelona regarding the player's transfer continue during the summer transfer window.

Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" reported that Borussia Dortmund has entered negotiations with 19-year-old Saeed Al-Mulla, currently playing for Cologne.

The report added that Barcelona has reached an agreement with Adeyemi on personal terms, while negotiations with Borussia Dortmund are ongoing to finalize the transfer fee.

It was also noted that the German club rejected Barcelona's initial offer of €20 million, prompting both parties to continue discussions.

Meanwhile, Saeed Al-Mulla is open to a move to Dortmund, with current talks between the clubs focusing on the financial aspects of the deal.

Dortmund's pursuit of Al-Mulla increases the likelihood of Adeyemi's departure, although a final agreement between the German club and Barcelona has yet to be reached.
