The Spanish coach added that Chelsea has a remarkable group of players and great potential, emphasizing that his goal is to build a team capable of consistently competing at the highest levels and returning to winning trophies, while focusing on instilling a culture of hard work and victory within the club.
Alonso officially begins his role at Chelsea after signing a four-year contract, amid great hopes from the club's fans that he will lead the team back to the Champions League and compete for domestic and continental titles in the upcoming seasons.
