Al Ahly in Talks with Dinamo Zagreb for Star Player

Egyptian media personality Amir Hisham confirmed that Al Ahly is in negotiations with Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb to acquire their 25-year-old Algerian star, Mounsef Bakar, whose market value is estimated at $3 million. He stated on the Modern Sports program aired on Modern mti: "Algerian striker Mounsef Bakar is one of Al Ahly's targets to strengthen their attacking line, and he is among the names being considered to bolster the Red team's squad, with communication having taken place with his Croatian club." He added: "Al Ahly aims to significantly reinforce their attack, and Moroccan striker Sofiane Benjida, the top scorer in the Moroccan league, remains in their plans as well." He concluded: "Al Ahly intends to sign two attacking players next season to strengthen the team, and financial considerations will not hinder the ambitions of the Red Castle's officials in summer signings."
