Tamer Abdel Hamid Steps Down from Zamalek Youth Sector
Tamer Abdel Hamid, the former Zamalek player, has unexpectedly announced his departure from his role in the club's youth sector, expressing gratitude to his colleagues in a message on Facebook. He stated, "I submit my resignation from my position in the youth sector of Zamalek after a period during which I was honored to serve this great entity that I cherish and take pride in working for." He continued, "I thank everyone I worked with and wish the youth sector and the club continued success and achievements in the future." Abdel Hamid emphasized, "I have learned throughout my career that dignity is above any position and that self-respect and principles cannot be measured by any gains or positions. I will always believe that honest work and dedication are the true paths to success." He added, "To the shadows of darkness, I say: we may disappear, but we will not be broken, and we will return, God willing. Clean hands and a good reputation endure, and history preserves the stances." He concluded, "I wish all the best for the great Zamalek club, and my love and pride in belonging to it will always remain in my heart."
