Al Ahly Approves Trezeguet's Move to Riyadh
Al Ahly officials have agreed to sell Mahmoud Trezeguet to Riyadh FC during the current summer transfer window, according to 'Youm7' newspaper. This decision came after the club received a serious official offer from the Saudi side for the team's captain, and the player has been informed of the approval for his departure. The report added that Al Ahly's management finalized the agreement for Trezeguet's transfer to Riyadh FC on a two-year contract, valued at $1.5 million. Recent days have seen intensive communications between the Saudi club, Trezeguet, and Al Ahly to finalize the deal, and the club's officials did not oppose the player's departure amid salary reduction issues. Trezeguet's transfer to Riyadh FC marks a quick exit from Al Ahly, where he joined last summer from Trabzonspor on a five-year deal.
